The markets are unpredictable and quick to change, so don’t take your eyes off the game or you might end up losing a lot of money. Buying a building right when it hits the market and selling it before it starts devaluing is the safest strategy, but if you want to complete the level within the allotted time, you will need to risk it all. A building is at its lowest price after devaluing so buying then is guaranteed to increase your profits, but might also be your doom in case you buy a building just to see it leave the market instead of valuing again.
