Retro Space Blaster is a 2D game inspired by classic arcades that offers players an array of fun and demanding challenges in equal measure.
It comes with two game modes. The classic mode also has classic gameplay. Your goal is to control the spaceship in a confined space and try to destroy as many asteroids as possible. The challenging part is that big asteroids break down into small asteroids, which means that it gets harder and harder to avoid a collision.
In the Mission mode, players will find a fresh set of challenges that are as fun as they are unique. You might be tasked with surviving without shooting, avoiding being sucked by a moving black hole, or shooting down anything but a cat.
And don’t be fooled by the game's simplicity. Controlling the spaceship is harder than it looks. Also, if you cross a wall, you will show up on the opposite side of the screen. Be very careful, or you might accidentally collide with an asteroid while doing it.
